With over 12 years of experience and proven results helping clients take health & wellness to the next level, this coaching method is simple & clear, providing education and accountability, with simple steps to make lives healthier for the long term. Client sessions are provided through virtual workshops. Additional in-person services offered are talks, presentations, grocery shopping trips with food education, pantry makeovers, as well as individual health coaching.
